Actually if you watch dog groomer before/after RUclips videos, that anal gland thing checks out. It's like how you suppose to clean out the dogs ears or teeth. Lot's of nasty gunk accumulates when you have no opposable thumbs to clean yourself, like if your a dog, it's up to the owner to maintain good hygiene. A good groomer or a vet will check the anal gland and clean it so it doesn't get infected or simply so it doesn't stink. If your a dog owner and you dog always stinks even after you give it a bath, have a vet check out if it has a problem in the anal gland.
Why 480p only? I know it's archival/low-res footage, but it still looks better when posted in 1080p to RUclips, maybe it's the codec they use. This looks pixelated.
