I know she isn't good, heck I've seen many examples of the main points you brought up of Luka having very bad survival but she's still cool to me because she helped me grind the early weekend stages. Hopefully luka gets a trueform someday
Same me and my friend started a shared battle cats account to play during school cuz we were bored and Luka was our first Uber and carried us on bunbun and has helped with a couple other stages like crazed cat cuz 3750 is not that big of a cost for some extra long range dps.
She is quite similar to Hattori Hanzo, both units have fast attack rate and do Massive Damage to Floating and Black, only Hanzo has more HP, 2x the knockbacks and Freeze, while Luka has faster cooldown and is cheaper. Choose who you prefer.
I've had an idea: Give her resistant/100% survive. It will give her extra time to cause as much destruction before her suicidally explosive voice fades from battle
Damn that low kb count and low hp are big turn offs, but she’s 1 step away from greatness, her tf can definitely make her a strong unit(if they ever give her a true form) unlike other units from this banner
She's great, she should get kb inmune removed and more kb count. I'd put toxic inmune just because zrollow and gobble are floating and they're enemies that you'd want to rush
she and jeanne def share a lot of similarities. two traits, massive/insane dmg, LD but not that long, somewhat fast attack rate, best waifu material...
She has probably the most obvious problem, let’s see if ponos will give her an actually good true form or just something stupid like backwards omnistrike for her true form in the next decade

I think tf can try to improve her survivability and maybe more range and immunity?
I'd rather they go the bomburr route and double her HP and KB count to make her more relevant in endgame

I already have her, and now I have to wait approximately 1-3 years for ponor to make her more usable.
A: why do 2 of the ubers with low kb counts get kb immune?
B: she looks simmilar to jeanne with high dps rather than damage.
nothing stops their performance, that's why they don't get kB
