    Hola.
    Las cdm1 special edition suenan un poco chillonas en los Tweeters y resultan muy agudos.
    ¿Verdad?

      i have a friend that says no such thing as too much treble,and the last time i went to his home hewas playing a special deition of the final cut from Pink floyd that one only hears high´s no drums or basss ,this because he discovered that if he uses less powerfull speakers to his amp. it even increases the highs ,ican´t hear no mo

    Feels sounding real asian vintage. My opinion is.. Mc is no good for B&W, especially this CDM 1 series. Some heavy. To make CDM 1 series speakers sound airy and open is very difficult.

      Never noticed that ,it might be some factory defect on your B&W speakers CDM 1 that were incredible good for a very low price i have them with a SA-9700 from pioneer(79)with the PL-560 with pioneer cartridge and stylus MC one(79 also) a TEAC z-5000 cassette deck and a PD-S901 cd player. Today all are expensive ,as i have them B&W from late 80´s till today with a MC technics cartridge (built by nagaoka)on the SL-1000MKII and as amplifier i have the old C3 control and two mono blocks M6 Exclusive(70´s) from Pioneer , the B&W are the 803 4(last released) ,using a CEC cd player belt drive(90´s) and a phase linear 7000 cassette deck(70´s), before one of the main components were a good tuner ,today i don´t have one conected but use a bluesound node II as a streamer ,Tidal or Spotify i use both. Almost forget to refer that i have two turntables in this system the P3 the original turntable from this Exclusive series which sounds also perfect but in the P3 i use a MM type cartridge from Pioneer ,1973 catalog Exclusive or as option i have to change when i need to, the aurex cartridge(crystal) ,i´m at work can´t remenber the model from Toshiba ,that i have in a toshiba turntable (70´s)that when released was considered one of the best with a Hiatchi pre and power(70´s) with ELAC speakers(80´s) using a PD-73 cd player urushi from Pioneer(80´s) and a 700ZXL(80´s) from nakamichi and a studer reel deck 4 track recorder(70´s) and i have two more systems assembled in my home and a very wide components colection ,my main hobby

      @RUfromthe40s HI. I said it not matching. Not about performance Individually.

    • @RUfromthe40s
      @RUfromthe40s 6 месяцев назад

      @@bizmakerbhang5953 but i meant that they match with great quality together and never thought about a cartridge could make good speakers sound less good and in this case it makes them sound even better as the sound is more detailed or what they call now warmer but doesn´t get heat enough to burn, well we might have diferent tastes in sound, so your opinion is valid as mine
