    I love this pattern and made this dress for my granddaughters doll. To be honest I struggled quite a bit when attaching the yoke at the shoulders by some miracle I successfully got the first shoulder sewn correctly but for the life of me I couldn't sew the second shoulder the way it should have been and had to improvise. If you could possibly slow down that section of the video I think it would be helpful. Thank you for sharing your patterns.

    Really struggling with the yoke and facing. If I have the left side of the back extended out there isn’t enough fabric to fit when pinning.

    What is the finished length from neck to hem, on the 18" doll dress please? I ask because I just attached frill to dress front and it looks awfully short. 😢

    • @HappyBankkyCraftyMom
      @HappyBankkyCraftyMom  Год назад

      Hi, the dress measured from neck to hem is 9.25” inches.

    Your pattern and designs are awesome. With no voice direction, and I am a beginner, it is somewhat difficult to keep up and follow. -- especially the yoke. The video is to fast. I’m not sure if it’s to much trouble, but printed instructions in a link would truly help us old timers and beginners.
    Thank you
    Donna

    What am I doing wrong on downloading patterns. I keep repeating the same steps, only to get no result. I have the Wave Browser installed and it wants me to install it again, so I do, but can never make the connection with the pattern and the browser.

    Lovely items and a great job but as a novice dress maker ..I would prefer voice over rather than music which I found distracting .

    Зачем так было усложнять с кокеткой?

  • @katielove9932

    You are very good at sewing. But you ruined the looks of the dress by flattening out the ruffles with the iron.They were very pretty and fresh looking fluffed-out. I also, agree with Cherie Smith's comment - the music was irritating and for as much sewing as you were showing, you should have explained what you were doing.
