- A small issue causes a big problem.
I am now struggling with trouble in my breathing. It affects my whole condition.

Like some of the others have mentioned it does sound like sleep apnea and will require a visit to your doctor. As you get severe colds I can recommend a herbal treatment called echinachea (sorry but I'm having trouble spelling this word) - you can get it from some pharmacies or health food shops (I'm sure you will be able to get it in Japan). It's best to take it at the first sign of a cold or your September fatigues. The only downside is that it may be expensive. I liked this video about we are our mentality and physicality and they cannot be separated. I also like the white tape it makes you look funny but as Nah Nah has said - it won;t do anything. Lots of people have sleep apnea and aren't even aware they have it. I might have it - I'm a mouth breather and feel tired even when I've had an 8 hr sleep. Don't forget to make an appointment with a doctor!
@@Gilbertineable Thank you for advising me! I need a doctor to recover from this disease. I force myself to breathe with my nose, and it works now. Doctors commonly say that decreasing weight is essential for getting good sleep. Thank you!
Taping the ears is pseudoscience. to strengthen to tongue and neck we must Mew. that is to say:
1. Make the sound "nee nee nee"
2. Use the back of your tongue to support (gently, not push) the bone right near the uvula.
3. Never ever ever breath through your mouth. What you do during the day will be replicated through the night.
4. your cold also causes inflammation, which hinders your nasal breathing.
please listen to what i am saying, you are so similar to my father. i wish i could have helped him realize these tips sooner.
sleep apnea is correlated with increased heart disease.
please, take heed.
God bless.
You always make a lot of good sense. I've learned a lot from your comments.
@@niseepaj thanks, just want people to not suffer in preventable ways.
@@niseepaj the best compliment would be for you to read some of the research cited and improve your own health. would make me very happy.
@@NahNah-xg5wv Would more than gladly read, but no citations here. Will check your previous comments.
@@niseepaj in this comment it would be mewing. look up mike mew.
As @hakuchu says, this does sound like sleep apnoea- it's treated differently here, usually with a device that opens the nasal passage and pumps air through the nose. It can transform your sleep. Maybe something to explore? Sleep is so vital to general wellbeing and mood- I hope you can resolve it. Enjoying hearing your thoughts (from the UK).
