If you are just eating beef with nothing else you will get high blood pressure in 20 years or more. It takes 5 years of mc Donald's everyday to not only give you high blood pressure but diabetes along with it.

I suggest fondue cheese if you want that apearance.), like a cup and a Half or 300g, or more if you want more cheese, on a tower of steaks, then put the omurice omelette on top of it.
