Good discussion! I agree there is a greater urgency to buy landed now while they’re affordable to aspiring buyers. True as it’s, landed owners are very well informed about red hot new launches today.

with new launches selling out so fast on the first day, i agree with you guys that it will also indirectly push up property prices in the landed segment. We started off this year with listings that are available in the 3.2m -> 3.5m, now its 3.8m. I am sure after Q1 of 2025, most landed will be priced 4m and up.
