That’s so true! It’s best to stick to the guidelines they’ve provided. For eg, So 20 photographs should mean 20! The document checklist is wonderfully sufficient and should be followed carefully 😊

Okay so there, you have to write your relationship story in short. Take all the space that is available. Further, attach a word doc to the online file (1-2 pages max) telling your whole story in greater detail. Cover from start to when your wedding was fixed, all the functions, honeymoon etc, till the day he flew back to canada.

If your spouse has gone as pr or she is a citizen then yes you can apply this way. For you it will be slightly different since you will have to mention your dependent kids also. @@UMESHKUMAR-il2jn you can start with application process online, if your partner is about to leave. The only problem is that you have to attach your spouse’s passport page with the exit stamp that shows they have gone to canada already. So, you can start uploading documents but you should wait till your spouse has reached canada to hit the submit button.

@@navpreetkaur57 hi! You can definitely apply for the TOURIST VISA as of now, that way you could go to canada right after your marriage. Spouse sponsorship can only be applied after your marriage. I saw your videos on RUclips really that are so much informative.I am applying online for my wife PR but I have some doubts about From IMM 0008 , IMM 5406 and IMM 5562 . These forms we can’t download and we have to fill all information online and there is no option for digitally sign and any other option to sign but in Document Checklist 5533 they mentioned that Principal Applicant have to sign all these forms . It’s better to have an active joint account. Money need me to go from husband to wife because even today it is expected that husband takes care of the wife’s financial needs.

Only certain docs need to be notarized. PCC, I think is one of them. You lose nothing by sending notarized documents.

This is necessary to notarial documents. I didn't 😑😑😑😑
PCC is necessary to notarize. Rest are not compulsory.

Birth certificate is extremely important. Agar nahi hai, toh registrar of births and deaths (of birth city) se banwana padega.
