    Storytime! Let me share a few examples of what happened when I took clients that did not align. In the first story, I finished the wedding. In the second story, we separated midway through, and in the last examples, I got smart and passed BEFORE we signed.
    The wrong client can do so much harm to your business. I know this is a long video, but please watch it to the end so that you can understand how, when, and why to say no.

    Every time we flex our policies out of fear... we get a bad client. I think that is the most important lesson I have gotten. I have also noticed when the couples are not on the same page, it usually turns out bad. Great video as always.

    I really appreciate you sharing your experience and the way you decided to handle those types of clients because not only does it apply to the party and wedding industry but it also applies to many owned businesses. Hearing the actions you pursued gave me tips on the future for when I start my own business!

      I’m so glad that this helped! It’s really difficult to manage difficult clients and also other businesses. The biggest thing I can say is to hold your boundaries and listen to your gut!

    I just came across your channel a few days ago thank you so much for sharing this! I’m a bridal hairstylist and I’ve experienced this with a bride it was her mother’s wedding technically and that experience was the worst and it made me question my entire career after doing her wedding in just that one day. These tips were very helpful to keep in mind for the future you’re amazing❤

    Great video. I'm mostly a quinceañera photographer with similar issues. I am to the point where I'm very direct with my clients. And I will walk away if they stress me out in any way.

    Thank you so much! I am learning so much from your experience. I don't need to go through all these and i also now have you at the back of my mind telling me it is okay to say No, especially because I have only been doing this for a year and I need as many clients as possible. God bless you Andrea

    I wonder if they never had complaints after the job… from my experience such projects come with a lot of unhappy ending no matter how much you’ve tried to make their day perfect or how much effort you’ve put into it, they tend to not acknowledge the had work and stress you’ve had to go through and disregard your efforts… but I’ve learnt to see the red flag .

    • @AndreaEppolitoEvents
      @AndreaEppolitoEvents  Год назад

      Red flags are there for a reason....It is tough when you so badly want everyone to be happy only to find that some people cannot get there.
