Hi Kay, from beautiful Florida. I just finished stitching the largest size and I love it. Only to have my neighbor take it off my door and left a $50 dollar bill on my door. LOL...LOL off to make another one....
@@julssantiago2893 oh my that’s so very cheeky and funny, at least he gave you money for it rather than just taking it. I take it you get on with your neighbour? Happy stitching 🧵
Kay the small Stacked Pumpkin is precious. Your fabric looks awesome! Thank you again for another awesome SAL with adorable special effects. Spooky scary! LOL Angel Huggers!!
Hi Pamela Thank you. I use Super Punch H20 Gone FSL from Amazon it really is the best in my opinion. I have included links in the video description for the supplies I use. Happy stitching.
When you showed us how to make the sewing machine/my happy place mug rug you used one layer of wash away and one layer of cut away stabilizer. How do you decide when to use two layers of wash away? Thank you. Also, how often do you change your needles?
Hi Karen. If something is going to get a lot of wear and tear like a mug rug I use wash away and cut away, if it is isn't, then I use just the WSS. Two layer of WSS no matter what are better than one, as it is about holding the fabric still during stitching so that it cant move, especially during the stitching of satin stitch as it pulls and you can see the difference in the quality of the stitching. One layer of WSS and the satin stitch will appear narrower and more rounded where as with two it will be nice and flat because the stabilizer has held it firmly. That is why the instructions always say two layers of WS stabilizer rather than one It also depends on the quality of your WSS as they are not all the same. I change my needle when it no longer stitches well, they last me a good while. I don't change it that often. I hope this helps.
Love theses cute pumpkins 🎃 🎃🎃
