I absolutely LOVE the build your own baymax thing. Such a cute idea! I think the colors represent the other heroes in big hero 6, seeing as the pinkish one had honey lemons picture on it!! I wish we had that here in the states, bh6 rarely gets any merch here :(
I think the shorter, more frequent merch vids are a smart move. And I LOVE the "LET'S GO MERCH!" title ♥ I also never knew that the exterior of Bon Voyage looks like luggage! 🙉 that's so cute!!

If you take the short attention span people have these day consuming internet media into account, shorter videos should work better. It will result in some being more popular than others, but people will more likely finish the one's they are watching. And from a subscription point of view, you might get more interaction out of them because you can have new vids pop up in the feeds more often.
What is the secret Critter Country character?!? I'm a little shocked that you can buy the full set boxed. That is pretty amazing for them to do with this kind of thing.
