It is kind of frustrating to hear Moria, a women who got away with murder, telling Victoria to go to the police. Why would Victoria think she can get justice when the people around are experts are getting away with crimes? They preach not talking to the cops, lying and covering up crimes and not getting people in trouble. They proudly help criminals commit and cover crimes, why wouldn't Lee's friends and family do they same? That is what Victoria sees everyday, it is no wonder she doesn't want to go to the police.
