Wonderful video brother, you spoke to me as if I was a child that had no idea even what a computer was. Which in this era of my life is exactly what is needed! 😂😂 Thank you and I will subscribe for more!
This looks fantastic. I'd like to try this but I wondered what you're gluing your prints to. Looks like masonite and from my minimal attempts in the past it would probably have to be something that rigid. Beautiful work!
I've been experimenting with projection. I can change the time from day to night and location. The scale is a bit questionable. The images just go to google.
What you are doing is what I have been trying to do. When you cut the paper and glue it, I have been concerned that the vertical & horizontal cut lines of the paper (white edge of paper lines) would be visible. I could not tell from this video, the lines appear to disappear. Are the white edge of paper lines visible in person?
Hi it is not very noticeable. If you’re looking for it of course you’re going to see it up close but if you’re using the three foot rule it all blends nicely. And looks fine in photos and video.
Hi Rob. Hoping you can answer one more question. When I add the sky from one picture as a new layer to the landscape background photo, I can't arrange the layers to move the sky behind the mountains. Can't find any explanations anywhere as to why the arrange option is not available. Any chance you know why? Once I figure this out I think I'm good to go.
If you’re using photoshop over on the right column you should see your layers. Make sure to put your sky layers behind the foreground layers. Hope that helps. You can always create a new layer and use as many as you need to work comfortably.
This is fantastic keep them coming and I'm going to share this video with my new Facebook group called train's across the world and if you would like to check the group out feel free to stop by and join too my group is small now
The three most important considerations, when mounting backdrop! 1 use wallpaper paste! 2 use wallpaper paste! 3 use wallpaper paste! you put it on...it dosn't look right...peel it off and try again.... It gives exellent working time; about an hour, or more. where the city backdrop dives down between sheets, (you of course, solve this in computer). one cuts the profile where they join...apply backdrop...peel back the joint, and insert a small piece of city backdrop!
Way too much work for me...I would rather spend time on scenery than printshop.. Just my opinion...Easier to find image online and have printed on 2ft x 6ft at Walgreens for $15.99 with 50% off coupon. And I can pick it up same day...

Thanks for your help. I'm making progress. Can you please tell me how you set up your print page?
The print file should be 1650x1335
Looks good! Wondering about keeping the joints between sheets of paper tight or overlapped so joints don't show?

Great job very good info

Thanks for the info👌🏾
Nice. A suggestion, get yourself a wallpaper brush. This to smooth out the paper after glueing.
Good idea Norman. For a few $$$ more there are also hand rollers or a dowel longer than your photo print.

hi do you have the template so i can work out the sizings
How do you set up the multi-page master in Photoshop?
I started by creating a blank document 20940 X 1274 but you can go as wide as you want and keep going. That’s for horizontal alignment.
Awesome video ty
Also looking for the bridge at the end of this video
