1. I can't talk for all americans but they spend money on themselves and not necessarily others.
2. Maximum people own their own house and pay mortgage.
3. I don't think women here watch serials too much. They watch movies but not serials.
4. Question is too long. I feel indian movies show them in a different light than what they are doing here.

Bullying may or may not. But if it is reported, serious action will be taken. I have never faced problem with bullying. It is more in schools rather than colleges. Regarding guns, it can happen. It depends on the location. If in downtown, yes it can happen.
