@@gravel35 well we did get melody of memories which was kinda based on kairi well not really too cause she only does something at near the end of the game (which is fighting xehanort) but even then she literally had to be saved by sora which i hope in the next whatever kingdom hearts game we get kairi/riku as the main character or basically a game without Sora and since Sora is well missing we might have the perfect setup already for a kh game without sora

It was originally supposed to be Riku's Kingdom Key but it recognized Sora and chose him as the candidate in Kingdom Hearts 1 after Riku chose Ansem and the darkness. Also, Keyblade users can use each other's keyblades for some reason, such as when Sora used Riku's Way To Dawn. That's just my theory however. Its sorta like how Sora can use Star Seeker which was Mikey's keyblade.
I wanna say around 15-16 years old, from Union X, he travels to the present to BBS then was put in a coma for 11 years, so when KH3 happened, he technically should be around 26 but maintained the physical Appearence of a teenager
