I love how high his pitch Is when he says "for letting go" you can tell he's a very skilled and practiced vocalist.

This album is SO good.
The best thing about A Skylit Drive, is they've always been original. I dont think they sound like every other band out there. Sure they've changed how heavy they're music is, from Wires, to Adelphia, to IOF, no matter what they always keep the ASD sound in their music. They blow me away every single time.
Some people say this,isnt the old a skylit drive, well are you the same person you were a year ago? No.. Should be your answer you've grown and changed just like asd. And I'm excited for this album

Been an A Skylit Drive fan since the beginning (and I know many others have been, too) and I think these new songs are JUST as amazing as their older songs. They are only getting better and I can't wait to hear more!

And the song Rise, the best song out of all four songs released so far. Although Fallen is just a bonus track on the deluxe edition.
Why is everyone so obsessed with the octave? Jag isn't going to always want to sing high. Pretty sure it has nothing to do with puberty... look it up he can sing in three octaves. This octave suits the album better. Pretty amazing for a guy. This song is amazing! ♥

Theyve progressed a long way and yes they have matured as a band their music has changed an incredible amount over the years but that doesnt make it any less awsome..ASD is still my favorite band out theyre because of their great music and because they themselves are great people..ive met them countless times and every time they were nicer than the last.
Love these new tracks. Can't wait to see them on tour.

I'm excited as well, but many have found them becoming the "generic" metal band. I do wish they'd write stuff like they did with Wires, but everything they've released I've loved so I'm excited for this album! Everyone needs to get over "Wires".

He's getting older, it happens. Not that he can't still hit the notes, it's a tonal shift. At least it'll be easier on him live now.
Honestly, I really like the new material. Jag's voice has improved a lot since Wires. Don't get me wrong, his voice was awesome still but over the years he's honed to a sound that I'm really liking now. I honestly wasn't fond of their old vocalist, I can only listen to the albums with Jag as the vocalist, the other vocalist just wasn't cutting it for me. Honestly though, the best song so far off of this album is Rise, then Fallen, then I think this song comes 3rd....for now ;)
Asd for life! Been a fan since she watched thhe sky ep! Its amazing to watch n hear them mature! They will always be my favorite band. Jag took this band to new levels. Not taking anything from Jordan Blake, cuz they both are amazing vocalists, but Jag gave asd the edge they needed

have you not heard they're debut album, Wires? the vocals are higher on that and that's their greatest release, so why would it be a problem if Jag sings high? A skylit drive is associated with high vocals, why would it be any other way

oh man.. well honestly, none of the 3 songs stuck with me.
Wires was great. and Eva the Carrier (Adelphia) and XO Skeleton (IOF) were able to impress me much before the respective albums were released. However, RISE has yet to impress me despite these three (Rise, Unbreakeable, I,Enemy) songs. :/
i'm still hoping for the best though! i guess we'll know once the album is released soon!

I still feel like this song remids me a lot of the EP stuff, but y'know with Jag and with better production.
Maybe it is hard too keep that hjigh pitched voice when Jag is singing live? So they simply make a album that sounds more realistic, so i doesn't disapoint their fans ^^
