my vortech also presented the same problem, I switched off and reconnected the power circuit breaker nk power board, and by magic I'm going to work, I believe that some energy has fallen and there was no current that was right for the pump try plugging into another outlet with independent power supply with me it worked
Going through similar issues, all lights are on and green is flashing and the flow is really weak. What's a PSU? Have tried hard reset and unplugging but no dice.
I had the same problem with my Vectra M1 just this morning. In an emergency I ran to Harbor Freight and bought their Creekstone 2500 GPH Submersible Waterfall Pump. Cheaper and works just as well. www.harborfreight.com/2500-gph-submersible-waterfall-pump-63401.html

Thanks for your comment and help. It turned out to be faulty PSU. All sorted with PSU replacement.
