- Johnny Mitchell is a stand-up comedian, writer, and podcaster from Portland, Oregon. He began doing stand-up comedy while serving time in the Oregon State Penitentiary for marijuana trafficking, and upon his release, he moved to Hollywood to try his hand at show business. A decade later, he is one of the most prominent up-and-coming comedic voices in the country.
His true crime podcast “The Connect: with Johnny Mitchell,” is one of the hottest new podcasts on RUclips and has over 1 million subscribers and 550 million views in less than two years.
