Even Sonipat city native End users demand will overcome supply . Not even a sine brick for rrts has been put in sonipat ...project will need clearance from center in next term....uer2 will come in 2025 with kharkhoda oct 25 ...people will travel from gurugram to kharkhoda as it's 1hr drive on kmp ...it will take another 10yrs for sonipat to give good returns

Hi Sahil, I have a query. Can you please clarify why there is so much price difference in the plots of TDI City Kundli and the plots of PP Greens, eldeco & Godrej. I see that plots in TDI are starting from 30000 per gaz whereas plots in PP GREENS, Eldeco & Godrej lie somewhere between 60000 to 80000, even though Kundli is more close to Delhi. Is it just because of the brand value of Godrej or is there some other reason too ? I am asking because I am having an investment in TDI City Kundli, the selling price is somewhere near 30-35k per gaz, I am in a dilemma due this price difference, as to whether I should sell it or hold it. Hi abhinav sir Sir kundli loc is promoted on basis of 2 products that are TDI & ANSAL .Both the developer has 90% premium location land parcel and did the worst of worst work in Developing their products. 1)Too bad construction quality of their products 2)No sewerage and water 💧 maintainenc 3)No electricity meter connections 4)No Internal infra maintainenc 5)Registry issues at few blocks 6)Now selling their land parcels to local developers for Deen dayal 7)No Good quality major commercial developments and No leasing work. *Only location doesn't matter , Developers too plays a major role in Developing a particular location* This location is dead and will remain dead , Either invest on Nh44(Towards murthal ) or ppt nH334b for long term Investments.

Kharkhoda Gentry would be very low kind of Gentry and it would create all kind of difference in development.
Kharlhoda would be a industrial town (1 decade) & Sonipat would be the residential hub for premium Gentry.
