For those of you who didn't work this way I have another solution. I use oppo M31 and suddenly my connection was lost when I tried to connect it. It's connected with my phone but there's no audio. But I can use the buttons from the earpiece to play and pause. I tried the method from this video but it still didn't work. So I tried my own way and it worked. I disconnected my earpiece/neckband from the phone, turned off the bluetooth from your phone, turn off the earpiece and switch off/reboot my phone. Once it's on firstly I clear all the data/cache from the phone and I turned on the bluetooth. I start a fresh connection with clicking the lower volume button and power button. The available device is shown when we turn on the bluetooth and I connected successfully. Now it is normal as before. I'm not a technician but I face the problem like you so I thought it's worth sharing my knowledge.

When I am listening zoom meeting with my friends and I got bored and then I opened Spotify and I listened songs before and from yesterday while I am in a meeting with my friends then when I opened Spotify then the audio in zoom meeting was not coming and song audio also not coming . My OnePlus bluetooth was connected, media is working. But calls sound are not coming. It was showing connected in call screen, but still call sound coming in phone only. Earlier it was working fine.
In settings, all 3 options was ON.
