Great video. We share lots of commonalities. Nice lux hotels are the only way, definitely a must. I too prefer to cook at home, take my lunch and spend money at nice restaurants. Things like electric toothbrushes, good vacuums (Dyson is on my list) dry cleaner and tailor fees are important because I’m 5’1. I save for designer handbags and indulge in designer accessories like belts, earrings and scarves. I save for vacations, trips and “experiences” throughout the year. I spend way too much on perfumes. 😩

I save on hair and nails as I love to do it by myself, I splurge on bags and designer accessories. I am with you with parking, London is the worst!
These are good things to save and splurge on! Yeah, parking costs are such a waste!
I am always on a budget so i hardly splurge however for my birthday i do try to get something a little more than the normal eg. last year i bought a small coach cross body bag that was on sale also a nice perfume and a pair of sandals. I like to spluge on some food items also in order to eat a little healthier.

I'm usually frugal with most things, but the one thing I will splurge on that you mentioned on your list is a good bed and bed linen because it's so beneficial for your mental and physical health. Also, a good quality bed can last for almost a lifetime, so it's a great investment.

Thanks for sharing! I like to splurge on perfumes but save on work clothes. I always try to get quality pieces on sale, for example I would get my suits from Banana Republic when they have 40% off.

Wow I didn't know about these fassets but now I want one! Earlier this week I got waterpik and its lifechanging!!! Ive always had a good electonic toothbrush but waterpik is next level!!! 100% worth it! Both me and my husband think our teeth look and feel cleaner than week ago🤓👌💫

Great video. Splurging on an experience is a great way to get the most out of life. I wish that we had done the same in our younger years. I do like a good hotel when I travel and a purse or nice piece of jewelry is a splurge for me. I definitely purchase most of my skincare and makeup from the drugstore or Target. Also limit coffee at Starbucks and meal takeout. I like to shop at TJ Max, Marshalls, and Target or outlet malls for great values on apparel, accessories, and home decor. As from this year I cook soup once a week, enough for 3 or 4 days. Some days we eat it as a starter, on other days as main course. I am astonished at how much is saved with this method of cooking.
