The bissel carpet cleaner looks like it's never been used. Don't think they were really fussy with cleaning . Some nice parts, but it's a bit of a hodge podge of styles . The chunder yellow tiles were ghastly . Thanks for another awesome explore, Greg.

Definitely some nice areas in the house but yeah you're right some of it was hodgepodge. And ghastly is the right word for the floor tile lol. I liked the outside of the house. They had a nice yard too. The kitchen was my favorite part of the inside. I kind of like the sink in the corner. Don’t know how well I would like it if I had to use it, but I like the concept and the way it looks. Awesome explore as always!!

Some parts of this one were very nice like the wood floors and kitchen cabinets. Other parts not so much like the pee yellow colored tile in the downstairs bathroom..... The cherry wood flooring could have possibly been from the 60's and just refinished. We had a home built in the 60's that had cherry wood 🪵. We refinished the floors and they looked like new.

What color was the trim around the doors? It looks like it was stained a pinkish or red color and it was very very shiny. I liked the textured glass door! Beautiful yard. My kids had a lot of those toys outside so I'm guessing it was left sometime around 2012-2015?
Hey Michelle! I think it was a red color but I wasn't wearing my color blind glasses so I'm not totally sure. They kind of did a crappy job so I think that's why it looks like it could be pink lol. I wonder if it's been empty that long, some of those toys looked like they were outside for a long time. I love this place. The kitchen was fantastic, but I would have the sink close to a window. The fridgefarter have done a great job 😂 I could almost smell it over here. This was most definitely a hoarder house that got cleaned out. The refrigerator is a clue. All the surfaces are filthy with a film on them. The wood surfaces are all chipped. That counter top has a filthy residue on it. I think the bathrooms may have been the only areas that were partially cleaned. The poor child had to live in that filth. This could have been an absolutely beautiful house. I was wondering though why the surrounding homes are inhabited, but this one is not.
Hey Karen! Do you really think that? I guess that actually might make sense because of how dirty the carpet was in the corners of the rooms and everything. It's actually very interesting theory. I thought the floors look good but to be honest I didn't really look close because I was paying attention to what I was doing lol. You do raise some good points though. Copied and pasted from a plumbing website: "It allows you to get the shower warm before spraying all over the place plus, it gives the pipe a chance to drain so you don't have a slug of cold water in there in case you forget."
Hey Jerrold! I think John answered it best but that's how I use that thing. Always to warm the water first and always to drain the pipe after I'm done. Thanks for asking !
I've never seen em here in America, in shower only stalls I've always stood outside the stall, aim the shower head inward and run it to let it get warm then get in.
Great house its not very attractive from the outside but i love the size of the rooms and the beautiful floors I love the cherry colour I love the bathroom tiles in the first bathroom So many big beautiful windows letting in lots of light the kitchen island has a really strange top not sure its my style looks so out of place Plenty of big rooms in the basement i like the bathroom lights they look like Madonna bra lol Great garden but not very private i would rather have my hot tub near the house and screened off from prying eyes can't get jigy jigy in that one 😅 Great explore as usual honey looking forward to your next one 😘
