Not 100% upgraded characters , not Uber Uniques and not BiS gear .
Just characters that most of the playerbase can build with various kind of specs (no one here is Meta "S+," maybe the Shadow Minion Necro is Tier "A" in this Season)

Update : My Blizzard Sorc farm 8 89s per 30 mins now , my Blood Surge farm 4 81s in 30 mins with Ring of Skyless Star , my rogue does like my sorc .... and i can dance in level 99 (6 mins) of The Pit with my shadow minions necro . Just my LeapQuake HOTA barbarian is doing VERY BAD
