Hello, i will be visiting Montreal soon and im wondering about good french bookstores, and also places where i can speak (try to speak) French with local people, maybe some casual bakeries or cafes where people speak French? Thank you so much 🙏🙏🙏
There are a few nice used bookstores on Mont-Royal street, just east (turning right) when you exit métro Mont-Royal. I show one here: ruclips.net/video/MTWbvhBFaeM/видео.html As for casual bakeries, I like "Les copains d'abord" on rue Rachel, near Saint-Denis. Have a good trip!!!
@ Thank you so much for your recommendations, Helene 🥰. I actually saw them too late. I had a wonderful time in Montreal. The weather was snowy and beautiful, and I spoke (and listened! ) almost everywhere in French. I even visited radio Canada office to take a look. I also got the books at Bertrand and Archambault bookstores. I can’t wait to visit again next winter!! ❄️⛄️🥰
On se croirait dans un marché aux puces. Super ! 😃
Chuis tombée sur votre chaîne par hazard et voilà que je retrouve un coin de ma ville!
