Im telling yall the game is tracking the last part you need and is actively avoiding the drops you want. The best way to get these is to have all the other drops in an amorphous mat on 3/4 built only needing one part. The game will dodge the part you 'need'
Yep they’ll even end up giving u the lowest% over the one u need😂 it be pissing me off especially when u have to farm the amorphous patterns that have a 20% chance of dropping for the outposts
Im getting catalysts all the time, i got like 40 blueprints for them ready to be crafted, but i only managed to get two blueprints for activators, they don't seem to ever want to drop for me
Yeah not much different here, 48 3% ones, not a single Blueprint drop. 25 for the first 6% one to drop, this is just dumb at this point. The Catalysts are no problem whatsoever, why do the Energy Activator's need to be so super RNG?

A tip for farming the other resources needed for the mushroom. Resource drops from elites are slightly lower in normal, but they are guaranteed. Unlike hard mode where its a chance.
I’m confused on the one with the heat plasma battery on normal. I’m on that mission but it doesn’t look the same as in the video. Do I just go to the first area that you need to capture and hold or what?
@@pjw4125 Yeah, looks like It's different in hard mode. I don't know if It's the first plate, but I know he spawns next to one of them. If you're going to do it on normal though, literally just do The Haven on Hagios. It takes like 5 minutes, and the elite spawns just before or while you're capturing the plate.
So many complainers. Game isn't that hard. 1. Invest in normal Bunny just a little bit. 2. Grind for Enzo/Sharen 3. Grind for Ultimate Descendants 4. Profit plenty of activators/catalysts along the way.
actually good video a lot of tfd ytbers are posting but they dont test out what are some of the best methods. but you're out here doing the homework no one wants to do but needs.
My issue with the activators isn’t grinding the materials themselves. My issue is that the game makes me wait 30 hours before I can use it. I can make six of them but i have to wait a day and a half to use each one and I find that a huge problem
As a D1 and D2 player I’m really enjoying this game. I like how as I level I feel powerful and can go back to earlier zones and slay. With Destiny I feel like power never really matters. As I get stronger so do the enemies. I wish D2 was more like this game with feeling powerful as I level.
You haven't played warframe have you? And I don't mean this negative or mean. But I've played warframe, both destiny's, and anthem plus others. This game is warframe with hints of destiny and anthem. If you like this, try out warframe

It DOES NOT FEEL REWARDING. And then I need a encylopedia of where to get things and what does what...I don't want to spend hours researching to play a game...that is of short missions.

I still can't believe they used practically the entire core game design from Warframe, but somehow managed to leave out everything good about the relic system when they copy and pasted it into TFD as 'amorphous materials'.

@@mavrickmontreuil8083 the devs are amazing but there is zero reason for an energy activator to cost 22 dollars vs 3 dollars on warframe. In warframe if you buy a frame the activator is included and they are farmable end game just like here. Because the energy activator is not included this brings the actual price of the cheapest descendants up to nearly $30 vs the $8 in warframe.

New to game. Im trying to farm the energy activator. Go to the item acquisition and it tells me where to go on the map and the place NEVER even says it can drop. Doesn't mention it. Is that normal? Am i doing something wrong? In is it supposed to show info it can drop or is it guessing game? By contrast The low carbon activator aquistion info took me right to it. Confused. 😅

I agree with you about Frost Walker. It seems you need good coms with teammates like a destiny raid to beat this one as it is and I get nothing but potatoes. I am taking a break from this boss for a week or so until either people figure out what to do.
@@douglasduda9826 - on every hard boss I cleared first run up to Frost Walker. Haven’t failed one run yet - except the Frost Walker. I also have a fully maxed out nuclear rocket launcher build on Ultimate Gley… so that helps. She is so good and does massive damage and is actually pretty tanky when built out. The only thing I can think to do is now max out my Ultimate Lepic to get past Frost Walker since my Ultimate Bunny will be useless.

@@douglasduda9826 - yeah on normal mode you are not really geared that well to be honest. I had to solo dead bride because I always had teammates die and it ended the runs. Best thing to help is add the modifiers to your character and gun to take advantage of their weaknesses and minimize their strength. She was the first challenging boss in the game. But if you put on chill resist and fire damage to your gun, you will stay alive longer and do more damage.

While trying to simply farm enough mats for baseline Ultimate weapons im being handing Energy Activators hand and foot. I just want a simple Perferator and Kyle parts and im sitting here with a backlog of 3-4 energy activators. The increased odds on Hard mode make them drop more frequently then I thought they would.
I use to lvl up in the swamp special operation when i reset a descendant, and got a lot of amorphous stocked from there, like 10 or so, so i went open them and got one!!
I loved the reenactment of how people react with the bosses. Ive just recently got to hard mode but the only boss i had any problem with was the damn pyromaniac. That boss is so damn stupid, but all the others were easy so far. (Im sure ill think different after trying the hard mode bosses)
Pyromaniac isn’t stupid, if you read the text it will tell it’s mechanics and what it’s weaken to. Pyro is weaken to anything Chill damage so using Viessa is the best descendant for it and Pryo also has a 80-90% resistance to weapon damage so w/e doing Pyro ur supposed to spam abilities.
@@notxyn I know the boss isn't actually stupid, it's just much more difficult then all the others in my opinion. All the other bosses I beat with underpowered equipment and still had no issues at all, most of them actually felt too easy. However even now pyro still takes me focusing to actually beat, even while having much higher equipment then you have when originally fighting him. PS: I always have used Viessa against him because I know how to read and obviously know a fire based enemy is weak against ice based damage. I'm not stupid either.
Best way to farm Energy Activators? Have something else you need to farm. I swear if you only need one more part for any desendent it gives you one of the available blueprints at least once before you get what you need. It's similar with weapons, but somehow desendent parts hit different.
I did around 50 runs, 0 activators and did 40 runs and got 5 catalysts, its hella demotivating spamming hard mode bosses that many times with no return, and i can’t upgrades my builds to get stronger with 0 activators

I can't confirm your theory of getting these things while grinding an ultimate char. I've grinded ult Viessa and got zero Energy Activator Blueprints. I farmed outposts with Sharen for the last three days and got no blueprints from opening the amorphous things (but a lot of crap I do not need or already have). It's like Nexon knows and want you to give up and spend money on the shop. I might be insanely unlucky here, but let me tell you that this does not feel great. 😅
Naaaah get pattern 63 from sterile lands on sharen. The reactor or whatever there that opens it uses the shards you get from the fallen ark fortress farm if you've been doing that, so you dont have to do that extra step of getting shards first. Altho the void fragment mission is right next to it and it's lightning so easy clear on bunny. Opening one every 5-10 mins and solo.
i’m telling y’all i farmed 25 private hard mode mission for energy activator blueprints which translates to 50 patterns and didn’t drop one, but when i started doing outpost to farm for Ult Lepic i got 4 energy blueprints without trying lol don’t farm for these farm for something else and you’ll end up getting them
There’s another mission that’s better on hagios with the mid air maneuver in it and this enhanced material drops every time I have 1000 at this point after 2 hours running it
This question doesn’t really apply to this video but I was hoping you would possibly have an answers for me. My friend and I have been playing the campaign together. I am mastery rank 10 he is mastery rank 9. We are both getting drops for lvl 45-46 weapons right now but for some reason all of his drops are approximately 4-8k more dps than mine for the same weapons. Do you have any idea why that’s happening? Does it have to do with the descendant mods I have equipped?
@@czzz345 Do you have Modules equipped? They are calculated in the final dps. If its a new weapon you haven't gotten before or used it won't have them equipped. Once you do equip them, its the default for that type of weapon in the future.
Was farming for Viessa Stabilizer and didn’t get it for about 20 tries….. by the way its a 32% chance and I got the Ultimate Gley cells before I did the stabilizer which the cells is a 6% chance, funny game.
i always get weapon materials when i need something else. i open 5 amorpheus materials and got 4 blue bettle things and the other was a something else i don't remember.
The game is free. It was made for the grind. Hours of playing and getting nothing is kind of frustrating though. Most times I just give up and help other players.
Im convinced this game is bugged intentionally to halt progress and keep you locked in playing. I noticed i was one piece off of unlocking sheren, i think its sheren. But the part drops as a reward from the ossuary operation.. iv run it like 20 times on and off and still no drop. Judging by the drop rates its not weird to have seen it by now.
They give the streamers the drops so people will think its not that bad to farm but been playing the game from day 1 and only got 2 of this after opening a crap ton of the patterns. Have 8 normal descendant and ult ajax farmed all of them so opened a shit ton pattern and got 2.
I would suggest doing the low carbon activator cheese on normal mode since you can 1 shot the boss with any gun. This makes it more consistent and normal mode drops are not bad.

All the trash drops we get, we need an incentive for .. they either need to let us exchange for kuiper, cash .. we don’t need all this shit in inventory and the payout needs to be worth while. I don’t need 20 valby parts or 50 fiber parts for a shotgun

I have played a LOT of games with loot and rng, so yea 15% is not great chance... you can go a very long time and NOT get a 15% drop. Anything pure rng with less than 5% drop chance is really there to just waste ur time and draw out the time it takes to do anything.

This is the best way…. Sepulcher is fast I run Sepulcher in 5 or 6 min. I use Sepulchet to farm cristal catalyst too.

Try to get endurance legacy youll get a few energy activators
Lol was doing the exact same thing, farming Ultimate Lepic, and now I have 4 mushrooms in the pipeline. xD
The BPs are the only thing I ever need to get. Gonna farm mag lab later. The materials aren't hard to get.

Example would be we both got a lvl 45 machine gun, his dps was 29k mine was 20k.
@@czzz345 Do you have Modules equipped? They are calculated in the final dps. If its a new weapon you haven't gotten before or used it won't have them equipped. Once you do equip them, its the default for that type of weapon in the future.

Was farming for Viessa Stabilizer and didn’t get it for about 20 tries….. by the way its a 32% chance and I got the Ultimate Gley cells before I did the stabilizer which the cells is a 6% chance, funny game.

The game is free. It was made for the grind. Hours of playing and getting nothing is kind of frustrating though. Most times I just give up and help other players.

I noticed i was one piece off of unlocking sheren, i think its sheren. But the part drops as a reward from the ossuary operation.. iv run it like 20 times on and off and still no drop. Judging by the drop rates its not weird to have seen it by now.

I find I get energy activators a lot by farming ultimate dependents, I got 5 energy activators while farming ult lepic
I kept hitting energy activator blueprints trying to make my perforator copies

They give the streamers the drops so people will think its not that bad to farm but been playing the game from day 1 and only got 2 of this after opening a crap ton of the patterns. Have 8 normal descendant and ult ajax farmed all of them so opened a shit ton pattern and got 2.
I would suggest doing the low carbon activator cheese on normal mode since you can 1 shot the boss with any gun. This makes it more consistent and normal mode drops are not bad.
hard mode can be up to 50% higher something like that

All the trash drops we get, we need an incentive for .. they either need to let us exchange for kuiper, cash .. we don’t need all this shit in inventory and the payout needs to be worth while. I don’t need 20 valby parts or 50 fiber parts for a shotgun

I have played a LOT of games with loot and rng, so yea 15% is not great chance... you can go a very long time and NOT get a 15% drop. Anything pure rng with less than 5% drop chance is really there to just waste ur time and draw out the time it takes to do anything.
