Silver City NM Buying Land with Improvements

Buying land that already has improvements can save you time and money. In New Mexico's rural areas such as those found in Silver City new construction can take a considerable amount of time in terms of hiring contractors. Vacant land outside the city limits most often requires drilling a well, installing septic, bringing in power or setting up stand alone solar, building roads/driveways, and sometimes fencing. I always recommend if you can find land that you like with some or many of the improvements installed then you are way ahead of the game in the amount of time it will take doing it all yourself and the cost which seems to increase every year!

Could you do a video(s) about the town? Interested to know everyday life activities. Is there a health food, organic produce store, Farmer Market? Public music events? Vendor arts, crafts shows? Are there chiropractors, acupuncturists, herbalists, homeopaths as well as conventional health care? Are there work out gyms, walking groups, bicycle groups? Are there public community events like parades, picnics, cook offs? Are there interest clubs/groups like rock/mineral, native culture/history? Thx, Renata
