In that game, Tay was walking past Chilled as he was entering admin, which would mean a good 4-5 seconds would have passed before Side killed. I'm guessing Chilled realized that it makes no sense for Tay to actually know Side killed there without her being Mystic. It's a lot of small things that comes from observing and paying attention.
I think mystic was the only good choice, he had plenty of info, Tay was adamant about that one kill being a BSR even with 5 dead, then she didn't check vitals because she would know nobody died if she was mystic (which I think is what he meant to say).
Man its a shame Juggernaut didnt have guessing abilities this game. Could you imagine the horror the two imposters would feel seeing their guardian angel get assassinated, and knowing that it could only be that another bad guy overheard, but they dont know who it is? 😂
I wonder if there is a way to balance it where if the juggernaut kills one of the imposters they would get a shot that way they wouldn't be so reliant of the imposters getting kills for them as well as allow for potential 2v1s. Might be overpowered though

I'm actually really surprised Kara was not evil in the Chilled/Sheriff round. If I was the imposter and knew that Kara was not on my team, I'd absolutely ensure that Chilled could take a shot by calling a sabotage so that the button can't be pressed and Chilled could take himself out. And if I was an imposter who knew Kara was on my team, then I'd be doing what I could to make sure the button got pressed as soon as possible (meaning, not calling a sabotage), as happened here. Really, Skadj not calling a sabo led to his own demise, lol. If he calls the sabo, Chilled explodes on Kara, and is unable to kill Skadj the very next round.
The thing with Kara is that she loves to tunnel onto Chilled for some reason. When she gets it in her head that he is bad she won't let go or hear reason.

The Gettier problem is what happens when the thing you believe is true (e.g. Skadj was impostor) and your belief was justified given the information you had at the time (he was siding with a bad person), but it was predicated on bad data (Kara wasn't actually bad)

It feels to me like people are getting legitimately mad while playing this game. Skadj basically screaming at Chilled because he got a lucky shot based off the wrong information, and Platty screaming about how bad the survivor role is. I get frustration, but it seems like a bit too much and they may be taking it too personally.
In Platy's defense: He is a content creator as well. He wants more engaging rolls for his video. How mad would you be if you worked your butt off all day long only to find out you CANNOT get paid and there is Nothing to be done about it; because no one was interested in your boring - bland - non-engaging business proposal? And then told to shut up about it and deal with it because anyone can be given that assignment. You WILL get mad by it especially if it keeps happening day after day after day after day. All because of Random Number Generation and bad luck. It's not just frustration at that point. Especially since you cannot really participate in the game at all. You can't join in discussions to get crew out or you get thrown out. You can't get participation to throw imposters out because then the imposters will kill you. You just sit there and do nothing because your only goal is to Exist for either tea. No incentive - no reason to do anything - and thus the role is literally a dead roll to just lower the amount of voters in each round. Cause you are going to be the dead vote or the skip vote.

I am 1000% with Platy on the Survivor Role. I didn't even like it when it was first introduced. It is literally a do-nothing role. It has no team, it has no objective, it has no motivation to do anything at all except hide in a corner and hope no one touches them. It doesn't care what happens in a meeting as long as they are not getting voted out, they just don't DO ANYTHING! They're useless and pointless and they're just not fun.
Frankly Survivor would be fine if they didn't go around telling people they are survivor. Survivor isn't a role meant for in game voice chat like they do.
I absolutely hate when a sheriff is outed and crew won't let them shoot the one person who is the most scared of getting shot by a sheriff. I know she wasn't bad, but her behaviour says otherwise. No matter what voting him first is bad. If a Sheriff gets a kill that means one bad guy is out, then you can safely vote Sheriff. Even if the "sheriff" was evil, they got one kill, and you can safely vote them. Not letting the outed sheriff get a kill and gets voted out means you're down a crew 💀 Idk I care too much about what makes the most sense so when they play actively against themselves it hurts a bit to watch
But we know he was really Sheriff because we see his screen. From the other players' point of view, maybe it's an Impostor that got caught killing Speedy and now is begging for the chance to remove a couple more good roles to help his partner.
Why does Platy hate survivor so much? He could just do admin/vitals like he used to and sus out imposters or find them and strike a deal to create a voting block.
He got the role a lot in one night, and there's really nothing to DO. No kill button, no venting, no detective work, no footprints, no shields... It's a boring role outside of negotiating, and getting it repeatedly makes it even worse.
It's a boring role. If you think about it from trying to entertain an audience it just sucks. Everyone else is doing stuff with cool roles and all you're doing is sitting there waiting to die or pick a side.
@@ConformistOwl I think of it as playing a mystery game now. Sure you CAN side with crew, but now you have a bulletproof vest and you get to go on the hunt, trying to figure out who the bad guy is so you can subtly announce yourself to them (esp if proxy is off) and start working with them. It could be boring if you play it as such, but I feel like there's a decent amount of ways it could be super fun to play too.
Because it's neutral personality tends to have a negative balancing influence on the game, same as Town of Salem. If anybody announces themselves as survivor, the bad guys can just ignore their existence and kill everyone else, forcing them to choose. Normally you'd want to pick the minority to win, but then you have Guardian Angel on top of that, which as you saw can cause a 4 person voting block. Top it off with lovers, and that's a 5 person voting block. Throw in a Jester and there's just no hope for crew after a couple kills. There's enough roles that play as "I'll do whatever I want" since in Among Us they can't get the win, like Amnesiac/Executioner/Jester. Then of course, there's the fact that the player at hand, no matter what, is making a "bad" choice and will often be chastised. At one point it was just another role to murder with high priority cause it was too wishy-washy.

i know he's treating the among us streamer lobbies like its a competitive game that needs to be perfectly balanced. I've been thinking it for so many vids now but not seen too much in the way of comments about it. Even if he had a valid point and there was not interesting gameplay around survivor (which is not necessarily true) there just more mature and less annoying ways to get your way then yell and whine about it

Nah I could see why she'd get paranoid like that. If Chilled was bad, he'd just kill her and spin the story to make her an impostor that was trying not to get shot, and he's pretty convincing. Think of it from the other person's perspective who doesn't know any better next time
I get that she's a bit intense from time to time, and she's been in a much better place in the recent months, but I would not count this one as her freaking out for "nothing". This scenario has happened with different circumstances many times, and sometimes Chilled actually *is* bad and gets away with it because he's convincing with his words. His reasoning is also a bit weird especially when they've been purposely avoiding the random round 1 sheriff shots and all he had was "He was running away from a bomb". Obviously his gut told him something was wrong when he saw Speedy go up and he was right to shoot, but unfortunately that does put him in a position of being unable to defend himself well enough and it's fair from anyone to not trust it, and again specially since he's known for getting away with bold lies.

She would succeed in quick time events while Jordan sat there struggling for like 15 minutes. All muscles, no brain. And it does irk me when she tries leading, because she has a 2/10 correct ratio from the last 2 years I've watched her. Which is bad. That's a bad ratio. It's Platy's ratio. And you've seen how often he is wrong because he plays more with Chilled than Kara does. The only difference between her wrong and Platy's wrong is that Platy shuts up or gets extremely exaggeratedly loud when he is corrected. For funnies. And Kara tries to destroy you and ruin the game because she cannot be wrong. It's the Dunning-Kruger from hell. She has understood when she was wrong before, I have counted maybe 8 times. And she gets really quiet and almost sad when she realizes how wrong she was. Like she pushes herself from the game. That's ego. Kara has a big ego. A really really big one, and it seems to be directly tied to her ability to reason. Which she sucks at. So I do kinda feel bad for her. If your pride and joy if actually your worst asset, then yeah. That's depressing.

The first game was an awesome clutch on Tay. How would she know bait and not be on vitals if she didn't have a different notification to let her know.
Skadj was actually mad, I feel bad but at the same time those wrong calls with right answers happen all the time you don't need to be so angry.
It seems it happened multiple times in the same lobby. I can understand aiming guns at guilty parties in the next round and being upset a bit.

I am 1000% with Platy on the Survivor Role. I didn't even like it when it was first introduced. It is literally a do-nothing role. It has no team, it has no objective, it has no motivation to do anything at all except hide in a corner and hope no one touches them. It doesn't care what happens in a meeting as long as they are not getting voted out, they just don't DO ANYTHING! They're useless and pointless and they're just not fun.

I absolutely hate when a sheriff is outed and crew won't let them shoot the one person who is the most scared of getting shot by a sheriff. I know she wasn't bad, but her behaviour says otherwise.
No matter what voting him first is bad.
If a Sheriff gets a kill that means one bad guy is out, then you can safely vote Sheriff.
Even if the "sheriff" was evil, they got one kill, and you can safely vote them.
Not letting the outed sheriff get a kill and gets voted out means you're down a crew 💀
Idk I care too much about what makes the most sense so when they play actively against themselves it hurts a bit to watch
But we know he was really Sheriff because we see his screen. From the other players' point of view, maybe it's an Impostor that got caught killing Speedy and now is begging for the chance to remove a couple more good roles to help his partner.

Why does Platy hate survivor so much? He could just do admin/vitals like he used to and sus out imposters or find them and strike a deal to create a voting block.
He got the role a lot in one night, and there's really nothing to DO. No kill button, no venting, no detective work, no footprints, no shields... It's a boring role outside of negotiating, and getting it repeatedly makes it even worse.

It's a boring role. If you think about it from trying to entertain an audience it just sucks. Everyone else is doing stuff with cool roles and all you're doing is sitting there waiting to die or pick a side.
@@ConformistOwl I think of it as playing a mystery game now. Sure you CAN side with crew, but now you have a bulletproof vest and you get to go on the hunt, trying to figure out who the bad guy is so you can subtly announce yourself to them (esp if proxy is off) and start working with them. It could be boring if you play it as such, but I feel like there's a decent amount of ways it could be super fun to play too.
Because it's neutral personality tends to have a negative balancing influence on the game, same as Town of Salem. If anybody announces themselves as survivor, the bad guys can just ignore their existence and kill everyone else, forcing them to choose. Normally you'd want to pick the minority to win, but then you have Guardian Angel on top of that, which as you saw can cause a 4 person voting block. Top it off with lovers, and that's a 5 person voting block. Throw in a Jester and there's just no hope for crew after a couple kills.
There's enough roles that play as "I'll do whatever I want" since in Among Us they can't get the win, like Amnesiac/Executioner/Jester. Then of course, there's the fact that the player at hand, no matter what, is making a "bad" choice and will often be chastised. At one point it was just another role to murder with high priority cause it was too wishy-washy.

I'm probably the only one sick of platy screaming about the survivor role I get he's gotten it a lot and hates it but still it isn't a reason to scream and yell about it it's chilled's lobby let him put on what he wants and either quit screaming or leave
i know he's treating the among us streamer lobbies like its a competitive game that needs to be perfectly balanced. I've been thinking it for so many vids now but not seen too much in the way of comments about it. Even if he had a valid point and there was not interesting gameplay around survivor (which is not necessarily true) there just more mature and less annoying ways to get your way then yell and whine about it

Nah I could see why she'd get paranoid like that. If Chilled was bad, he'd just kill her and spin the story to make her an impostor that was trying not to get shot, and he's pretty convincing. Think of it from the other person's perspective who doesn't know any better next time
I get that she's a bit intense from time to time, and she's been in a much better place in the recent months, but I would not count this one as her freaking out for "nothing".
This scenario has happened with different circumstances many times, and sometimes Chilled actually *is* bad and gets away with it because he's convincing with his words. His reasoning is also a bit weird especially when they've been purposely avoiding the random round 1 sheriff shots and all he had was "He was running away from a bomb".
Obviously his gut told him something was wrong when he saw Speedy go up and he was right to shoot, but unfortunately that does put him in a position of being unable to defend himself well enough and it's fair from anyone to not trust it, and again specially since he's known for getting away with bold lies.

Like don’t get me wrong, I can understand to an extent, but she was investigator. Worst case, chilled kills her and immediately gets voted out since he offered to do it in front of the whole lobby. It would’ve been a 2 second bit that she freaked out about when even Platy was like “yeah, fuck it. Shoot on me instead.” And then chilled popped Skadj lol

Like she just try to dominate the situation just because she believed Chilled is bad ,and she won’t let Chilled proof it as well,that was shitty if I must say.Once she got Chilled vote out she will be like “ Yeah,I got a baddie”.

@@ultim8lifeform697 Her deductive reasoning skills are -5/100. Every game she has ever played. She does her best gameplay where she doesn't speak as much, because somehow she is always wrong. Project Winter and First Class Trouble as a Personoid are some of her best roles. Or when she plays Minecraft. She's really good. But the second a task requires her brain to form words to cooperate - garbage.
Meanwhile Chilled is the exact opposite. He sucks ass at a lot of the physical side of games. Such as his terrible movement management in Project Winter. And his F-tier Minecraft abilities. But give him a microphone and he will win. He knows what to do and not how to execute it. All brain, no muscle.
But don't let that take away from the fact Kara is always wrong. If you let her lead you will lose. And she has proven this time and time again. From Minecraft Tournaments to Project Winter to Among Us to those duo co-op games she played with Jordan. But she's really good at collection, and fighting, and the physical game aspect. She would succeed in quick time events while Jordan sat there struggling for like 15 minutes. All muscles, no brain.
And it does irk me when she tries leading, because she has a 2/10 correct ratio from the last 2 years I've watched her. Which is bad. That's a bad ratio. It's Platy's ratio. And you've seen how often he is wrong because he plays more with Chilled than Kara does. The only difference between her wrong and Platy's wrong is that Platy shuts up or gets extremely exaggeratedly loud when he is corrected. For funnies. And Kara tries to destroy you and ruin the game because she cannot be wrong. It's the Dunning-Kruger from hell. She has understood when she was wrong before, I have counted maybe 8 times. And she gets really quiet and almost sad when she realizes how wrong she was. Like she pushes herself from the game.
That's ego. Kara has a big ego. A really really big one, and it seems to be directly tied to her ability to reason. Which she sucks at. So I do kinda feel bad for her. If your pride and joy if actually your worst asset, then yeah. That's depressing.
