Thrilled for Desperate Man & his connections, congratulations to you all! Quiet & patient horse to stand in the winners circle with the crowd around him. 😄👍
Waples didn't drive Bulldog Hanover. End result he lost and didn't break the track record of Captain Crunch. Darling must have been out of his mind taking Randy off of Bulldog Hanover and putting that jackass Jamieson on him. Ron Waples senior could also have came out of retirement to drive him. Jamieson is a choker we all remember Pat Crowe as the worst driver at Greenwood and he never chocked with Cam Fella.
Desperate Man is such a calm, well behaved horse. I'm glad he won. This is the 2nd straight stakes race I've seen Henry win against Grand Circuit drivers from afar. This track kills speed.
Ten to get in , five to sit down , ten to sit down with a tv monitor , WHAT MARKETING GENIUS THOUGHT THAT ONE UP SENIORS LIKE MYSELF WITH ISSUES WANDERING AROUND LIKE ZOMBIES TILL FINALLY AT ABOUT THE SIXTH RACE MOVED INTO THESE SEATS WHICH WERE EMPTY MOST OF THE EVENING , STAFF WERE TOO EMBARRASSED TO ASK US TO LEAVE , ONE ADMITTED WHAT A STUPID POLICY , MOHAWK WAKE UP.
The slowest North America Cup in ages and on a warm night where Captain Crunch's 1:47.2 should have been challenged. Of course Captain Crunch was out of a real sire unlike Bulldog Hanover and Captain Crunch did it from the 8 hole.
Sometimes the best horse needs the best driver. Ron Waples senior could have come out of retirement or Randy still would have set a track record with him wining by at least 12 lengths. Jamieson is a disgrace to the sport of horse racing.
What a well behaved horse, with all the commotion and screaming in the winners circle he just stood there like a veteran that’s been there 100 times before. And ! What the heck was Jody thinking, let’s take a horse that’s never won on the front to the front & give the rest of the field the easiest fractions to follow. When the 4 hole was there for Jody at the start of the race I thought to myself that’s perfect, it will give Bulldog a chance to get settled and find his rhythm. After the half Jody could of been first up, second or third over and Bully would have taken care of business. Unless this Horse scoped sick after the race the only other excuse is the BAD drive. I believe Jody got scared he might of gotten boxed in, and that’s why he went to the front because he knows that bulldog doesn’t have a quick turn of foot . I feel bad for Jack because he trusted you Jody and you failed him. But I am very happy for the Owners, Trainer,& Driver of Desperate Man. Congratulations!
Oh my, the poor man couldn't answer any of her questions, ao would have loved hear the story how it was a wedding gift of some sort.. geez, should have had one the 50 people that had to be in the picture stand with him and repeat the questions SMH 🙄
Now everybody knows why Dexter Dunn is on Bulldog Hanover, and not Jody.

Gotta love Desperate Man! Did they leave anybody out of that photo?
I uploaded the entire thing 45 minutes with a NACUP2021 watermark in the top right hand corner so it might stay up a lot longer.

A half brother to Captain Crunch should hit the track as a 2 year old this year. Miki Finn. Always B Miki-Sweet Paprika
Ontario owned.
Jamieson said Bulldog Hanover was the best horse he's ever driven. 😂😂

Apparently, Bulldog Hanover doesn't feel the same way about Jamieson.
Could throw a blanket over the first five.
