One of my (late) aunts told me that she took me to Prince George, British Columbia, on a train ride, from Alberta, when I was very young. I was too young to remember that. I have a lot of relatives in British Columbia, including in Vancouver, and in Surrey. That looks like a cool market. Lamb is something that I enjoy, and those skewers looked good. The mango treat is also something I would also like to try. Cheers, Dennis! 👍🏻👍🏻✌️🇨🇦
Looked like a fun night at a State Fair with all the Food booths and other attractions. You got a good baseline to compare the upcoming Bite of Seattle to. Hope they learned their lesson and will accept cash this year. Going all digital for transactions was stupid. They Enjoy your Vancouver adventures
Nice video! Like most locals, I tend to stay away from the Richmond Night Market. It works as a tourist attraction but offers little to Vancouver/Richmond locals. It's way too overpriced, and charging an admission fee to get inside is ridiculous. Thankfully, Richmond is a food paradise with a ton of great restaurants, so we just go along No. 3 Road, and eat to our heart's content.
Was in Vancouver around 2 months ago and checked out the Night Market. In a nutshells, the booths selling goods were not very exciting at all, but the food booths were awesome, with large variety and actually pretty reasonable prices. There was in fact a quite large carnival area with the usual midway games, quite a few of those impossible-to-win ones you see at fairs. People were chill and having a good time and the Skytrain around a 10-12 minute walk and it gets you to downtown in maybe 15-20 minutes. I wouldn't bother going there to shop, but definitely for a night of interesting food.

Yes, totally agree… the realized how much I enjoy the food there and would only go there for the food. Good stuff!
Always wanted to check it out,but hearing you have to pay to get in is ridiculous.
