Hi im actually playing with a pure drive since i was child, but now i feel the racquet a bit overpower, and i want something that give me more control fore heavy strikes and groundstrokes, im between pure strike and blade 98 both 16x19 version, wich one will you recommend? ( i like the feel of hit a powerfull shoot, but that can be controllable)
Hello, I have tried both rackets, and I personally prefer the pure strike.The pure strike is an incredible weapon. I'd say the pure strike gives more spin and power, while the blade on more control side.
Well, the 16 x 19 is my favorite of the blades. Hyper G in a Pure Aero has a super firm feel. I would recommend a hybrid in the Blade. You might try Hyper G in the Blade first and see what you think. If you are looking for something a little easier on the arm, i would try Hyper G in the mains with Diadem Evolution in the Cross strings. -Sam

Best thing you can do is demo both of them and then decide which you prefer best. - Alex

Yes, there are in fact now 4 Blade 98's. 16x19. 18x20, 98S, 98 Lite - Alex
