    Absolutely get out there exercise or a walk just something helps I battle mental health on a daily basis.

    Communication?? How is a person suppose to do that when they don’t have anyone to talk too, no one to that will hear what your saying?

    Some of this I don’t agree with. In my line of work, you are not to be seen or heard. You are not really allowed to interact with other people, and if you are having a bad day, you better keep that to yourself.

    Are you a trained professional? Do you have depression? I have had depression since I’ve been 16 and I am in my 40’s now. You are probably 20…some if this may be true but I will stick to a professional.
