I have a Piaggio Fly 2007. When I drive 60mph, the speedometer says 40 mph. The drive thingy at the wheel broke, so I replaced. Cable isn't broken and is solid. I tried 2 different speedometers and both speedometers say 40mph. Is it the cable or the drive thingy on the wheel?
