Ye achar taza hi consume karen ... Achar 3 dino me mature ho jayega aur uske baad achar fridge me rakhkar one and half week ke andar andar khatm kar den ... Kyunki ye pani ka achar hai. Vinegar add kar sakte hain thoda sa, fir mirchi me fungus lagne ka dar bhi nahi rahega.
