No sir i wont suggest you to travel that specific part of himachal in monsoon. Its one of the most dangerous roads and in monsoon its way tooo risky. U should plan after monsoon like late September or early October that time you’ll get the bestest view of that valley and weather is cold you’ll feel that wonderland vibes.
Aur aap jab bhi plan krein just make sure shaam se pehle aap vahan reach kr jaye because as i mentioned above those dangerous roads are way tooo risky to cover in night time. Specially the stretch before reaching kalpa. The indo-tibetian highway.
