  • Friends, today I decided to cook a SUPER DELICIOUS and Super Tender Brioche using a recipe that anyone can easily cook!
    Brioche is very tender and soft with a crispy crust!
    Make bread by simply repeating after me and you will succeed!
    How to make soft brioche:
    200 ml warm water (1 cup).
    200 ml of warm milk (1 glass).
    2 tablespoons of sugar (40 g).
    12g yeast.
    Mix well.
    Add 50 ml vegetable oil.
    2 egg whites.
    Sift 680 g flour through a sieve.
    Gradually stir the flour into the batter.
    Add 1 tablespoon of butter.
    Mix well.
    If the dough is very runny (this depends on the quality of the flour) then you can add a little more flour.
    Cover and insert the dream body for 1-1.5 hours.
    The dough turned out well!
    Dust the table well with flour.
    Put the dough on the table.
    Dust the dough with flour.
    Form a ball from the dough.
    Lubricate with vegetable oil.
    Divide the dough into 9 parts.
    Shape each piece of dough into a ball.
    Roll out the dough with a rolling pin.
    Brush the surface of the dough with butter.
    Repeat after me.
    Fold the dough as I show.
    Cut the dough with a pizza cutter.
    Repeat after me.
    Shape the dough into buns.
    Place the buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
    Cover the buns with cling film and let them rest for 15 minutes.
    Mix 1 egg yolk and 1 tablespoon milk.
    Lubricate the buns with milk and egg yolk.
    Sprinkle buns with sesame seeds.
    Bake in the oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
