So greatful for finding this podcast, having a actual g.i. doctor on your show helped me convince my s.o. to try out a wfpb to help treat the symptoms of his newly diagnosed crohns disease. Hearing the podcast led me down the rabbit hole of finding the study's I have been trying to find for a year now. Thank you to everyone who helps get this information out there.

Frozen wild blueberries twice a day, probably 1 cup total. In oats with apple chunks in A.M., and with frozen mango chunks after lunch or supper. Yummmm. No need for any other sweetener.

Blueberries? In Winter & Spring every day, mixed with blackberries and raspberries. During summer I take advantage of local seasonal fruits. Hopefullymy brain & gut thanks me for that.

Hi Chuck, Alan mentions in this video the negative effect of Choline on gut health. However, Alpha GPC (which is essentially Choline) seems to have a great effect on one's brain and liver (Dr. Mosconi). How can this be possible if gut health = brain health. Could you kindly clarify it. Many thanks!

I think you pick up a wider variety of gut bacteria.

If you do gardening (even as an adult) you are going to get a much wider diversity within a few months... (gut biome researchers found this).

Expected to have lower prices at food market when gas prices went down, considering lower cost of shipping.
    Noooooooo
Check when the gas prices go back up. Of course the prices of food will have to go up.
    Yessssssss
    That is cooperative capitalism.
