Why haven’t you reacted to my recommendation yet?
Every day I receive countless recommendations from you guys, which I am grateful for. I am trying to read all the comments but it does happen that I miss some out. The main factor is probably my working schedule which doesn’t allow me to film videos daily. Most weeks I can only find a couple of hours in the afternoon to film 2-3 videos. Of course I’d love to film more and film all of your recommendations, however I’m trying to stick with 1 or 2 uploaded videos a week. Quality over quantity.

I started listening to this song from 1996 when i was 7 years old and still listening, but it never gets old.
Amazing how Some songs have been with us for majority of our lives
Warfaze was founded in 1984, their first album came out in 1991 and this song is from their second album titled the same, which came out in 1994. The song was written in 1992 by Babna Karim, who is also the composer and singer of the song. He was the bassist at that time. Here, the only member from the 1984 original lineup is the lead guitarist Ibrahim Ahmed Kamal (guitarist with the black beanie hat) is still playing. He is popularly known as "The Guitar Man", Kamal (pronounced Komol) is probably the best guitarist alive in Bangladesh and the other was our late great legendary Ayub Bacchu of LRB. The Drummer, Tipu and Babna the first (also the original) singer in this version, joined in 1985. Tipu is also the current band leader. The second singer is Palash Noor, who is also the current lead vocalist of the band. When, Warfaze first broke into the scene, they were at least a decade ahead from their contemporaries, which made them different from other great bands of Bangladesh. The only thing that I have missed is Russel Ali, who played the guitar, keys and piano in the original version.

The first vocal, Babna Karim, was a mechanical Engineering graduate from BUET. He became a lecturer and at the same time wrote a number of legendary songs in 90's for warfaze. After that he moved abroad and became a professional engineer well established in his field. This song was written by him when he toured to coxsbazar with his friends in his versity days.

"Nandita on the instrument..." she is not Nandita. Her name is Jannatul Ferdous Akbor, she is a choir/ background singer from season 1. She is on the instrument in this song.
Nandita is a different person. I have noticed you mistook Jannat as Nandita before 😂.

Considering education and profession:
The aged man, Babna Karim, who was singing completed his Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering with a grade of 3.98 out of 4.00 from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET). He joined as a faculty teacher at BUET. Then he went to the USA for his Masters in Industrial Engineering. He completed his Masters with a perfect grade of 4.00 out of 4.00 from Texas Tech University!! He is now a professional engineer at Honeywell company. And, He now lives in Houston, USA with his family.

The long intro guitar solo is missing from the original one. That guitar part is the most epic part of that song. But sadly it’s not included here
Sunjoy, Babna, Russell Ali, Kamal, Tipu are the founding band members of Warfaze we know of. First generation of Warfaze fans are obsessed with these guys. Attending their live shows were quite an experience. Sunjoy was a superior and authoritative frontman on stage. Sunjoy, an extremely high pitched vocal with ability to sing in rustic lower notes, set the template of other Warfaze vocals. He is now a banker. Russell Ali is now a music producer in LA. Worked with a few famous American musicians, played guitar with Limp Bizkit for short period of time.
Originally Warfaze, Rockstrata (another legendary band), In Dhaka (one hit wonder) and Aces (BassBaba's band) wanted to release a mixed album together before disbanding (many of them were going abroad for studies). If Babna did not come up with many original compositions in the last moment, Warfaze would not have a separate album and be disbanded.
Drummer Tipu single handedly kept on going with Warfaze after other four members pursued with higher studies and professional careers. Tipu, at the same time, was part of another great melodious pop rock band called Winning. They also have some timeless creations.
2nd generation Warfaze fans are obsessed with Mizan and Oni. Mizan was chosen for the band because his vocal textures and range matched a bit with Sunjoy.
Warfaze is having long legacy. Many famous musicians like Bassbaba, Russell Ali's bother Rommel Ali (an amazing piano player) also worked with Warfaze. Yet Sunjoy, Russell Ali, Babna created illusive legacy for themselves. Kamal was and still is one of the best guitarists of the country. Look how he is playing with his damaged finger.

Just realized after you told, did not think of that while listening to this song, it was a 7-minute long song, how time passed that 7 minutes gone, did not realize, I was hypnotized, in a daze into the song, your expression while the song ended was exactly the same as me. Surprised or out of my hypnosis state when it's ended all of a sudden. Truly it is said that Music has no language, and no boundaries, you are a true listener.

In earlier some bands introduced the heavy metal genre in Bangladesh. Most of the people consider Warfaze as the first heavy metal band in Bangladesh. Though they made lots of heavy metal songs , on the other hand they made lots of soft rock and melodic songs like Jedin, mone pore, Tomake etc . Obak Bhalobasha is one of them.
