I've had a Tascam 22-4 for about a year now, it's been a great side machine to my Otari 8 track! Excellent to see this little feature packed machine being the center of attention here. One thing I will say is I try to always track directly to tape, I never record on ableton and send my digital out to my tape then back in. I find the results to be so worthwhile, its really beautiful not having that extra trip for the signal. (Also it's time for me to change belts in my Tascam, do you have any idea how to open it? lol ive been trying for a while) Thanks!

Hey! You can just flip the phase with a plugin, or in the audiofile perhaps, I dont use logic myself. Then maybe can use them at the same time. Maybe because the timing is of course not exactly the same but very close, so it can sound a bit flangey, because thats exacly what flangeing is. Is this recorded with Ampex 456 tape?
