Fukkk, sounds so good. Have an M2 on the way and definitely plan on putting the midpipe on but was planning on keeping the stock exhaust. This is changing my mind
Just upgraded from a 2022 M340i to a 2023 M2! Man what a different a real M car makes. I loved my M340i but this M2 is night and day. More raw power, snapper shifting and handling, suspension lets you feel the road better. It’s been an incredible day 2. Honestly, stock, this thing sounds insane. But love the sound of your car with the new exhaust too. I’m out in the Bay Area now, but used to live in DC Ranch Scottsdale as a kid, if you’re familiar familiar with that area.
Nice! sounds great! My valvetronic full exhaust should come in next week. But I did think you could control the valves (on or off) with the exhaust button in the car as opposed to the fob??
Did you take off the OEM valve modules when installing or did you just tuck them to the side with zip ties? I heard you can get a CEL or shadow codes if you don’t have them plugged in
@@caprisunmonke1776 hmm good question. think we took them off. No CEL. not sure about any shadow codes but it would be pretty obvious to BMW that the exhaust has been moded if I ever took the car in as I don't plan on swapping to stock for any non exhaust related warranty claims. my dealership assured me they would go to bat for me over any warranty claim that didn't involve the exhaust but who knows. you hear stories of dealerships coming down on owners for just running spacers!
been looking at system for my new M2 - on video, valvetronic sound best to me I'm just not convinced in the design where the two DP meet the 3.5inch. I feel like airflow is restricted as one of the pipe goes in 90 degrees into the 3.5 pipe. Any comments on this?
Hey man, do you know by chance if the midpipe is the "equal length" one that Valvetronic has in their videos? The pictures of the midpipe on their website doesn't look like any other equal length midpipe I've ever seen but if it makes the signature EL sound then I'm very interested. Thanks!
Sounds insane!🚗💨
Thanks!

Totally agree! Thanks for watching Ben!

Yes sir I know exactly where that is at. Glad you’re enjoying your new M2, congrats!
Sounds amazing
Thank you!
How can you tell if the exhaust is leaking ? I installed mine and not sure if it’s leaking or not
Yoo bro your car is at my friends shop right now

You can definitely use the factory valves but using the Valvetronic controller allows you to open them all the way up. Factory ones don’t
hey how did it turn out @js002003 I want to get one
@@Mercstars its sick. sounds amazing, esp on start up.

Yeah man it’s not that deep 😂
What’s not deep?

The one he took off is not, the new one is the equal length with the S-pipe shape on the one pipe.
Will this throw cells on?
Is the exhaust as raspy irl as it is in the video? Thanks!
Nope. It’s just the microphone
You happen to take your car to Tucson auto protection? Swear I seen this exact one there the other day 🤣
No sir. I own detail lounge
@@tuxon_speedwhat size tips were they? 3.5 or 4?
nice, but tips are too far out
Bro didn't like the previous tips because they stuck out too far. Now these stick out waay more lol. Killer car tho 👌
