@@We_Are_I_Am I found some stuff online and I calculated that I only need max 150cfm for my laptop since any more would just create high pressure or be less efficient I guess the 10 000 rpm I'm used to with angle grinders ain't gonna be heard with fans Also I have no issue with loud fans 70db I'm good since I speak louder than that

I found a few for 2-4 dollars that have 21.8cfm and are 80mm
