OH MY GOODNESS I can not thank you enough for this video, I know you kept saying it is a long video but I enjoyed every minute of it, and it was wonderful that you said some mistakes were yours, not many people would admit to that.. I do have some tomato plant that are a very dull green yet have a few flowers and I knew they were struggling and ( asking ) lol for help. I do not have the best soil although mine are in pots and bought the best I could afford organic but in todays world it seems like the word organic soil does not mean you are going to get the best harvest ever without intervening .. sorry this was a long comment BUT again THANK YOU for sharing your knowledge :)

I give all my plants powder egg shells. Peppers and tomato's dose better. Puts on more peppers and tomato's >>> SAVE THEM EGG SHELLS and grind them to a powder The PH LEVEL in you soil plays a big roll in your plants as well > Try to stay away using baking soda ect It lowers the PH LEVELS IN YOUR SOIL ~ A ph level of 6 or 7 is the best level The same as POT
Baking soda is alkaline. It RAISES the pH from neutral 7.0.
Easily misspoken because raising pH lowers acidity (increases alkalinity).

Not to be rude but pretty much everything you just said is wrong, egg shells cannot be absorbed especially in any d cent amount of time by plants, the calcium carbonate has to be broken down to be available to the plants by microbes that takes a very long time, and baking soda is a base, aka it raises pH. Instead make calcium acetate and add to your watering routine and you'll get tons of it by reacting 22ml 5% viniger to 1g of eggshells that have have been charred slightly wait 2 days for reaction to finish, strain any solids, evaporate and get calcium acetate or keep the liquid as is and dilute 1 to 100 and use as foliar spray for best effect. Eggshells and any compostable things are better of being composted than adding to the soil your growing in, be careful of the quick hack type of garden tips. 😊

Excellent video. For me, no video is too long if it's some education I can put to immediate use, and it takes years to find it out on my own.
