- The Miller and Carter chain of restaurants offer something they call 'steak experience', a dinner of fries, a lettuce wedge, a sauce, an onion loaf, and of course steak the way you want it. But I wondered... can you make it in an airfryer?

Looks great! I think that onion loaf would be the main event for me here. Love stuff like that. Bhajis, Hash browns, etc.
Airfryer works great, but onion loaf is amazing when deep fried.
it actually looks alright! the steak could've used a bit more searing but I guess that's as good an airfryer steak and it's ever gonna get.
Exactly that, a little more caramelisation would've been perfect. Is it the pinnacle of steaks? No but it will tick the box for a midweek meal, and a chunk healthier too.
Hello. Thank you❤❤ very good❤❤
Thanks.
Salt and MSG! *Nods with approval*
The holy duo! Disco fries.
Great video. No good for me, but great nonetheless 😂. Personally I’d have cooked it rare and then seared it in a sizzling pan for a minute or so each side to get that char on. Also never realised they call it a Steak Experience! Hilarious.
I can't imagine you see the inside of an M&C much! There's a lot to be said for branding a dinner - Happy Meal anyone?
@@BigSpud oh I used to. Thé chateaubriand was a favourite of ours to share. Last time I went was a month after going veggie and it wasn’t great. But I always thought the iceberg wedge was a genius concept. Probably the cheapest starter (from a cost perspective) you’ll find at an upmarket restaurant
That reminds me, I've still never had a chateaubriand. But I remember a super swole guy walking in and asking for it for himself, with both fries, and he asked for a side of lobster too.
