The new year is here. And we start with a brand new series on our channel. The POC is going Trek. Our Star Trek Project kicks off with Season 1 of The Original Series. Grandmaster is asking Taylor, Lord Death Man and Lokismom all the questions while they break down the very beginning of this iconic franchise.

Just some additions for you. D C. Fontana also wrote as Michael Richards. So watch for those episodes too.
The Naked Time is pretty important for character development. It is where you learn Spock is half human for example.
Klingons were the plot in the movie Star Trek VI The Undiscovered Country which uses Chernobyl and Fall of the Berlin Wall as its inspirations suggested by the executive producer of the film Leonard Nimoy.
Uhura was the 4th in command officer of the Enterprise in the original series.
I am from New England outside of New York City and it was not like the southern states for women's rights at the time.
Arena is not big with women fans of the show. We tend to like Spock's love story This Side of Paradise instead from the first season.
The Gorn is in I believe one of the Priceline commercials of Shatner's. David McCallum did not wear Spock's ears he winds up with a large cranium on Twilight Zone.
William Shatner does over act. It was noticeable back in 1966. The voice issue is from ADR not the actor's fault.
