    It's worth noting, Saint Bris AOC also plants tiny amount of Sauvignon Gris, not very popular variety.
    The other rare variety is Cesar, plants in Irancy AOC in Chablis to blend with Pinot Noir.

    A very nice cast, as always! And here to my constructive comment, as always, I hope:
    In my humble opinion, the location of the village Nuits St George in your maps is quite up north in the Côte de Nuits, while it is in fact located further south, closer to the city of Beaune... at least according to my research and maps!

    first of all thank u for all your topics! I found it just few weeks age and its really outstanding materials regarding the rest materials in youtube)) im looking for some informative and structured materials re Burgundy wines and especially differences between communes, soils there and separate vineyards...may be you have some in your collection or could recommend me smth to watch or read (but as a summary) thanks in advance
