  • Eva Kor is a survivor of the Holocaust, a forgiveness advocate, and a public speaker. Her life lesson #1 is never, ever give up. She believes anyone is capable of overcoming anything, and that forgiveness is a powerful way of self-healing.
Eva Kor and her twin sister became part of a group of children used as human guinea pigs in genetic experiments, under the direction of the now-infamous Dr. Josef Mengele. Approximately 3,000 individual twins were used in experiments. Eva became gravely ill, but through sheer determination, she stayed alive and helped Miriam survive. About 150 twins were found alive when the Soviet Army liberated Auschwitz on January 27, 1945.

    1. Children can be very mean to one other particularly if they are taught to do so and rewarded accordingly.
    2. We adults always try to rationalize things and rationalizing may not work always. Correct combination of rationlaization and instinct is needed.
    3. Never ever give up on yourself or on your dreams.
    4. Growing up is very hard
    5. Prejudice - cancer of the human soul. Don't jump to any conclusion without getting to know the person.

They're the parasites of our society. The trolls, the nazis, the losers, the unloved ones. They come to places like this to try and spread their own misery because they're envious. I'm not Jewish, but I see what triggers them. Judaism is a celebration of life. Their god is the god that created everything for the sake of being and create more. They go on to have a myriad of descendants. They are community oriented. They established an independent kingdom from imperialist cults thousands of years ago, and never gave up on it 2 thousand years later. I can see why lonely, pathetic people lacking a sense of identity and belonging would want to have a go and try to take everything from them. But they always fail because they haven't realized when you love and appreciate life, life loves and appreciates you back one way or another. I'm really glad for all these survivors who went on to have so many descendants and live so long ❤

"Forgiveness represents a path of redemption. It is an activity which
deserves your attention. It is relevant because there is a great deal to
forgive. You are easily upset by the world you live in. You hold many
judgments about yourself and thus about others. You are aggravated by
many circumstances and events, great and small. If you are to begin to
discover your true quality of mind and your true abilities, how can this
be done or undertaken when you are beset by so many aggravating things?
    How do you start?

So they have to deny the cruelty of humanity. Others seem to want to seem "woke" by insisting it was a grand conspiracy - despite all the evidence indicating that the Holocaust happened.
It's sad. But take heart, there will always be those of us out there that believe the truth. Eva's story is amazing and she's such a strong-willed woman. Much respect to her.

Hi Eva, I was in attendance at Grace College where you shared you're story with a full house of hundreds curious to hear you're personal struggle. Since then, I have read over 30 plus books including yours on the Holocaust nightmare. Thank you for sharing your story. The next generation needs desperately to hear your story and the stories of others who survived this terrible period. All the best! And thank you for your courage and determination.

She's a heroes hero. Even among the few with this level of courage, she has to be among the most articulate and astute. Her take away from the most extreme experience is so solid and has value any thinking feeling person has to appreciate. it's made her a great teacher, one who has a real and true and profound message.
