A neighbor of mine just came home with a paidar like the one you have. Complete with the headrest. He had to drive 200 mi to pick it up. But it was given to him by a relative can't beat that.

That's a hard decision. How comfortable are your clients in them, and how comfortable are you working with them? It's your tool. I would chose my own comfort first, but if the people prefer a chair... You gotta give them what they want.
