For anyone struggling with the end, I like to drive right up to the wraith and jump out, then just smack the driver/gunner to death, but don't destroy the wraith, steal it! You are so much safer attacking the final blockade in the wraith. Oh and if you are playing solo, always put the Masterblaster skull on. It has no effect but you still get the 1.10x multiplier. Finally the So... Angry skull doesn't have much effect but it increases the score of all brutes. That should help anyone who keeps coming just under par.
as a couple others have said, i recommend Legendary with no skulls. i ended up with 29K by following the guide to almost every point with a few exceptions: loaded up in the hog once you reach the first pair of jackal snipers give the Beam Rifle to your passenger i skipped the vehicle jump Silver does and just ran through the pipes on foot (if you stick to the right and bunny hop you should be fine, if you can survive the Jet Pack Brute Carbine shots you’re golden) i used a Chopper to ride up the mountain and ended up blasting passed the Wraith. i’m not sure if it was just reaching passed the first Covenant barricade or a glitch from dying a couple times but the Wraiths eventually left me alone to kill the highway Brutes. from that point on i either killed or broke the armor of the Brutes by the final shield barrier with the Beam Rifle at the top of the highway (midway between Brute packs)
I hate how there’s practically a million of these type of achievements par score and par time makes up like half the achievements you do and it’s super annoying but I appreciate the fact that I have a guide at the very least
I couldn’t really skip the wraiths at the end. They would just keep following me. Also it was much easier on legendary than heroic with all those skulls on. Great vid!
IMO Legendary no skulls is way better and easier than Heroic with 5 skulls :P Also you should turn on competitive scoring should be set since it gives you a better understanding of your score! anyways keep up the videos they really help and they're the only ones out there :D
It depends what type of scoring you have on. If you have on scoring, it doesnt show the multiplier until the end, but if you have competitive scoring it shows your actual current score with the time multiplier in real time. I don't think competitive scoring was available back when I made these guides though. Or I'm an idiot and just didn't know about it until later.

But really love how you have the time to respond to comments, even years after this guide was put out, and how prompt you are with them (and humble). Earned a sub here with me =) you deserve WAY more subs. I only wished id find about you earlier, especially for the harder to reach achievements
This mission is a lot easier on legendary with less skulls I got 38K. The end cutscene didn't trigger for me on heroic with 25K points arghhh. This has happened to me before. Edit the problem was a grunt somehow got knocked off the edge and was surviving on the side of the mountin I guess you have to kill all the remaining enemies.
Don’t understand how the wraith *wasn’t* shooting you from the back with that first encounter of brutes towards the end? Made me not be able to complete it.
every time I get to the end there is an extra wraith that follows me and kills me I don't understand in most of my play throughs the smallest of shit will fuck me over
Good luck with the part where the Brute Chieftain with a Fuel Rod spams you to death. I beat the mission on Legendary without skulls the other day and man I was stuck there for like 20 minutes
you can hijack the wraith, blow up the other 2 wraiths that follow you and then clear the brutes. safer and infinitely easier if you (like me) suck at driving the chopper

If your dying before u get to the wraith carry a Sniper Rifle for the turret user and a Pistol to charge stun it

This method has been patched. The wraith will now follow you to the brute area
It can still be avoided. Check my channel for a par score playthrough

The par score for this level is a complete joke! The par score should be below 10K for this level

Hardest par score ever
The 3x multipliers does't work in the PC version. It seems it multiplies while playing, and shows the same numbers in the post carnage rapport.
