That lower spot is the factory location for the power steering cooler. From what I've seen, the middle spot is used for a transmission cooler on some SXs. Also, the SX power steering cooler is a different design and is thinner, I used one to make fitting a front mount a bit easier.

Thanks, I couldn't remember where it was originally. I'll look into the thinner cooler.
