The BEST way to put tissue paper in a gift bag

For today's TOOLTIME TUESDAY, I share with you the "fluff and stuff" tissue paper trick I learned when I worked at American Greetings. This is by far the best way I have found to put tissue paper in a gift bag. I couldn't believe how much better it worked than what I used to do. It's so simple and yet I had no idea that it should be done that way. Hope this helps with your holiday wrapping!
