"If you are not very careful, your possessions will possess you." He 'spent too much time practicing volleyball', so his girlfriend broke up with him. "I always feel like I'm the worst, so I act like I'm the best." As stated by Iwa-Chan(Iwaizumi) once, when Oikawa smiled after getting a reward he said something like 'That's actually a genuine smile for once..' implying that Oikawa's smiles are usually faked. "I'm gonna live, I'm gonna fly, I'm gonna fail, I'm gonna die!" I believe that his thought process is something like; 'If I don't do this right, nobody is gonna like me and I'm gonna die!' I think you get what I mean by now, but I have nothing else to do and I have more reasons anyways. "Walk and talk like a machine." He acts so nice and friendly around everybody, specifically the part where when greeting a team, he walks up with a wave and a presumably fake smile, saying 'Yo-hoo~'. "TV taught me how to feel, now real life has no appeal!" This line doesn't fit as well but whenever I hear it I picture the scene where he watched one of Karasuno's games, and he looked terrified, to say the least. I'm not sure which game it was but I believe it was Date Tech v.s Karasuno. Anyways, that's all I have for now! I might edit this later to add more but, for now, I need sleep.
